Wipro to hire 12,000 freshers in FY27

The company will double its campus intake, with an aggressive push into AI and cloud roles.

Wipro's leadership confirmed the fresher hiring plan on the FY26 Q1 earnings call, up from 6,000 last year. The company is doubling down on AI, cloud and cyber, and will resume campus visits from August.
